Welcome—I’m Ghada Ahmed, a Leadership & Career Coach committed to helping professionals grow with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
With over 20 years of experience in HR and leadership development across the GCC, I support emerging and aspiring leaders in building the self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and strategic mindset needed to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.

As an ICF PCC coach, MBA holder, Associate CIPD, and certified EQ-i 2.0/EQ360 Assessor, I combine global coaching standards with deep cultural understanding. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and meaningful reflection—creating a safe space for professionals to explore their strengths, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting growth.
